TaskPulse is built on the idea that productivity software shouldn't feel like surveillance. Here's exactly what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• The email address and name on your Google account, used only to sign you in and show your name to teammates.
• Tasks, chat messages, and files you and your team create inside TaskPulse.
• If you opt in: the title of the foreground window on your computer plus your Yes / No answer when we ask if it's task-related.

What we do NOT collect

• What you type. We never capture keystrokes.
• What's on your screen. No screenshots, no screen recordings.
• Where you go on the web. We don't track URLs or browsing history.
• Your location. We don't request or store it.

Focus tracking is opt-in

Foreground window tracking is off by default. Each user has to turn it on from Settings. You can pause it from the desktop tray (15 or 60 minute snoozes) or disable it again at any time.

AI spellcheck

Messages you choose to send through spellcheck are forwarded to Anthropic (the maker of the Claude language model) for grammar correction only. Per Anthropic's API terms, that text is not used to train any model.

Your data, exportable

You own your workspace's data. Email[email protected]and we'll send you a full export within 7 days, or delete your account entirely if you'd prefer.
